Question Bank helps you upload study materials (such as PDF and DOCX files), extract and generate practice questions, organize them into materials, take timed tests, and track your performance.

The Service may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to process uploaded content and generate questions. Generated content is provided for study and revision purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You must provide accurate information when registering, including your name, email address, and phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must verify your email address using the one-time code we send before your account is fully activated.

You may sign in with email and password or, where available, through supported third-party providers such as Google.

We may limit concurrent active sessions per account (for example, two devices at a time) to protect account security.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational and personal study purposes.

You must not upload content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights, contains malware, or includes unlawful, harmful, or abusive material.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the Service, or access accounts that are not yours.

You must not misuse AI-generated questions as official exam papers, certified assessments, or professional qualifications without independent verification.

You retain ownership of documents, questions, and other content you upload or create ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service, including generating questions from your materials.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and use your User Content within the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Questions and answers generated or extracted by the Service may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it for study, teaching, or assessment.

We do not guarantee that generated questions match any official syllabus, exam board, or institution requirements.

Some features are available on a free tier with usage limits. Paid plans (such as Pro) may offer higher limits and additional features.

Paid plans are billed on the Question Bank website through Paystack. The mobile app does not collect card payments. By paying on the website, you also agree to Paystack's terms.

Subscription fees, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the website before you pay.

You may cancel a subscription through the app where cancellation is supported. Cancellation typically stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, storage, analytics, payments, and AI processing. Your use of those features may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request permanent deletion in the app under Profile, or on the website Delete account page. We aim to complete that request within 30 days. You can also email oreoluwa.creatives@gmail.com.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or study outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or zero if you used the free tier.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you through the app or by email.

If a change is material, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms in the app or on the website before you continue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless a mandatory local law requires otherwise.
